Tomatoes are valuable in obesity. One or two ripe tomatoes taken early morning as a substitute for breakfast, for a couple of months, are considered a safe method of weight reduction.

Hey thats really interesting, ripe tomatoes, I must try that!
:O :-D Yeah its very frustraiting as a women knowing you have the potential for a beautiful figure but have the extra fat hiding it away. I have a traditional hourglass figure but I am still overweight, does anyone have any ideas on how to make the most of your figure/shape while trying to lose weight?
