okay. i'm 5'5 or somewhere around that, and i weigh around 165. i have almost 2 months til' school starts back and i would really love to lose some weight, possibly 20 to 30 pounds. i really need advice on how i can lose this weight fast..i already know eating healthy, drinking lots of water, exercise and everything like that..but i need an actual diet thingy if you know what i mean. any advice that is actually helpful will be greatly appericated!

i know what your going through, and im going to tell you the truth on this. there are only 3 ways to loose weight.

1.diet

2.exercise

and 3. diet and exercise.

now if you are looking for a GREAT diet plan that is cheap and very effective, you can do what i did. become a vegitarian. whether its for 2 months or a lifetime, it will boost your confidence so high and the best part is that you wont eat junkfood because things like cookies and cakes are made from eggs! everything sugary and fattening you wont eat and trust me when i say that the weight will drop off you SOOO fast! and, the best part is that it will STAY off! now vegitarianism isnt for everyone, but it will work as long as it is done right.
