hey
ive smoked on and off my whole life but not as seriously as the last 2 years i quit for about 9 weeks during this time and was pretty easy. went down the coast for work on saturday and went to the pub after across from the motel. anyways i got on the drink had a few bourbons couple beers wasnt smashed just merry felt like a cone went back to my hotel room with a couple mates i was the only one smokng havin a bourbon too but apparently i had about 12 cones in about an hour tops. didnt realise i was having so much just puffing them like ciggas which i quit about 3 months ago. i then felt messed up like i havent before but could think clearly though i felt if i had one more cone more brain was gonna snap. woke up in the mornin on the sunday had another cone as u do didnt feel too bad went too work all day not too bad just head a bit messed up. had a smoke with my girl when i got home on the sunday night only 2 cones as i didnt feel right the paranoid messed up feelin came over me again when i got to bed but i talk myself out of it and at some stage got to sleep woke up a few times through the night in sweats. next day and since which is now thursday ive been wakin up every night about every 1-2 hours sweatin my ass off, been nausea 90% since, bit of the runs bit of pressure on the chest could be reflux that one, and been dizzy the whole time pretty much sometimes feel like im gonna trip over my own feet ive had half cone each night since i think as im still not 100% what it is but im stopping smoking completely from today was smokin about a 20-50 a day on weekends and roughly a 20 a day through the week which would be before, during and after work so basically havent spent a waking moment not stoned in about 6 months. i do enjoy having a smoke but if this is a result of what can happen id rather leave it behind me i dont find it too hard not too smoke ive always thought marijuana isnt addictive for me and have left it fairly easy whenever ive wanted to stop and still isnt but are these withdrawals most ppl ive asked think so but theyre also not past long term consumers. withdrawals or not? if so, when will the dizziness pass and all of it actually. if you have any first hand experience id appreciate ur advice.
thanks everyone and sorry about the essayjust wanted you to have a full understanding for a better idea and thanks again.

Hi Marshy, it sounds to me like you had a panic attack or something like that! I think that the best way to fix that issue ( and I do know from firsthand experience ) is just to stop for awhile. It will help you once you get off it, although it will take a few months to feel better. Does that help you at all?
