i am still having periods but have some other symptoms of early pregnancy, i was wondering if a pergnacy test would still show a positive result if pregnant even though i am still having periods???

ok so my last period was Oct.13 and till this day i do not have it, i was expecting my period that week but i only had light spotting and then it went a way hrs later. Yes i am sexually active with my husband. I took a HPT a couple of days but i came out Negative, i checked it the next day and there was a very faint line so it could have been an evap. Just been tired lately and tonight 11/28/2019 my pelvic started to hurt, like cramping too a bit nausea. I do not know whats going on since i do not have any insurance and cannot afford a Dr visits maybe someone had or has the same situation as me.
