I have had a blood test for subfertility, taken 21 days after the first day of my last period, had results back but would that show if I am already pregnant? Please advise. Thank you

Probably not, because you are unlikely to be pregnant yet!
Day 22 blood test shows ovulation has taken place. Implantation could occur as early as day 21, but more usually day 24. A blood test for pregnancy could show positive 2 days after implantation.
