if i get periods after having sex one week before.....then what are the chances of pregnancy after pregnancy?

I am not quite sure If I understand you correctly, but here goes. You can be pregnant and still have "periods" during your pregancy, but it wont be periods. If you recently gave birth you are quite vertile still and normally the hospitals will put you on birth control to help that you wont get pregnant too soon after birth, if you are breast feeding that will help delay your periods coming. But eventually after a baby your cycle returns to normal. If you are concerned you will need to wait though as it is too soon to test.
