I've had 3 miscarriages, after a miscarriage your cycle can be way off for a while, your period is not necessarily going to arrive on time like it may have before. If the tests and blood work is all coming back negative then I don't think you are pregnant.
If your period has not arrived 6 weeks after the miscarriage contact your doctor who can help kick start the new cycle with a shot or tablets of pregesterone or a month of birth control tablets.
