Hello everyone, please help me i have very itchy penis inside the tip of my penis with in the urethra, i went to doctor he said u might have std because he saw high WBC level, the normal range is 0.0 - 25/ul my WBC was 27.5/ul , so he suspected that it's a bacteria causing this, after 3 days of taking the antibiotics i went back to the hospital because i couldn't hold the pain, he gave me another urineanalysis and everything was normal and the WBC was in the normal range. if WBC range is normal does it mean the bacteria is gone? why do i still feel the pain ?

Hey if your wbc count is within normal limits then that generally means that your infection is gone.... but there could have been some irritation or damage done to the lining of your urethra from the bacteria and that may still be healing... I would give it another week and see how you feel
