im 12 and am almost always feeling ill i have been off school at lest 1 day per mounth when i feel ill i normaly have a headach and feel sick with the sore throught now and then but this time i have a headach a sore nose and dont feel sick i also feel dizzy every time i get up but dont no whats wrong but whats worrying me the most is how im always ill , i dont whant to miss school and am quight worrid about my future if any one can give me any avise about what to do i realy dont whant to be of on my birthday and anyother day .
can i just add i have only just started being ill so aften when i wa 8 i won an award for being at school the most in 3 years but since my 10th birthday i always feel ill and i havent started my period thanks and please halp me !!!!!

Okay, your future will NOT BE AFFECTED BY MISSING ONE DAY! Also, kid, getting an award for having perfect attendance will do nothing for you when you go to college or highschool. Its actually kind of bad lame( lol im not trying to be mean, I LOVE SCHOOL) its just who does that? What does having perfect attendance do for you? Also I would go to the doctor to have your problems checked, it seems to be a bigger problem then just the flu or cold. Also, your period doesn't make you sick all the time, only when your on it.
