I'm 12 , 5'2 & I weigh 142 . I'm not fat but I just don't like my weight number . I have muscular thighs & a large butt . That might be putting on some of the weight ? How do I get out of the 140 range . & I've been watching my calories for the past 3 weeks so I've been doing that . & am I over weight for 12 years old ?

hi, if you have to loose some weight, i would suggest you to do regular exercises..and also avoid eating foods having high calories. for your thighs and butt, u can always do those exercises or yoga which are meant to reduce them.

How do I train myself to not eat high calorie foods , if its all around me everywhere?? It's so hard for me I tried to & it only lasted 2 days I just couldn't do it & what type of yoga ? Like any yoga or a certain type

If you want to loose your body weight you should do exercises like walking, running, swimming regularly at early morning and avoid eating fast foods.
