why are you 140? things your eating or its in the genes?.. you can try sports even walking to the park or walking your dog will help. But losing weight fast you should watch what you eat & exercise.

believe it or not, wii fit actually works! i use to come home from school and play it (not just for fun) from 5-7 everyday. they have good excersizes and it tracks your progress, calories, etc.

Simple diet & exercise is all you need! Do you play sports? If not pick something up...try out for cheerleading or soccer. I like the video game suggestion but its summer. Get out doors. Swimming is great exercise. Drink plenty of water! Just watch what you eat, since its so hot out try to avoid foods with a lot of starch that will make you tired! Avoid anything fried! It's okay to treat yourself once in a while. Just making healthier choices will melt the weight right off! Only eat till you're full, don't force it down just because its on your plate. You'll be okay. There are tons of blogs you can read about dieting geared towards your age.
