ok so I’ve been really itchy around my private area and this like creamy substance comes out and I don’t know wot to do, it comes out slowly during the day and it gets on my underwear but I don’t know why. My crouch gets really itchy that I have to scratch it and then it bleeds but then it’s stops being itchy for a few weeks then continues again I really don’t know how to tell my mum because I don't really talk abut these kind of stuff with her please help
