Hi I'm a 13 year old pc gamer and last time i weighed my self i weighed over 280 pounds and im really ashamed of my self. my girlfriend is also worried about my weight but i have no idea where to start! I barely eat i barely excersize im almost tired all the time and i have no idea what to do!

Hey... I was trying to think of some ideas for you to get more exercise and eat better.  Why don't you and your girlfriend take a walk each evening for 30 minutes.  This little amount of time will do wonders for your metabolism.  Also, don't starve yourself.  Your body will sense it is "starving" and will try to keep holding on to all the weight you have. When you do eat, eat healthy.  Avoid junk food, sweets, and fried food.  You are a teenager so you need all the nutrients you can get from foods.  I hope this helps out!  I know you lose weight if you do all of the things I suggested to you.  Good luck!

dont worry, you can loose your weight bu faollwing certain diet and by walking daily for 40 min and also by performin yoga
