How can a 13 year old girl that is 175 pounds loose inbetween 35 and 50 pounds by May 20th, 2012?:-)

change eating habits and work out. like go running look up in home workouts on youtube like i did some are very helpful and if all else fails ask for a gym membership to a local cheap gym? does your school have a work out room? some school will let you use it after school if no one else is.

also easiest way to lose weight faster cut out pop just drink water. also limit your fast food to either a little like once every couple weeks of none at all

Go to a dance class and eat a grapefruit every morning. Also try eating six small meals a day rather than 3 big ones. Drink lots of water and walk...EVERYWHERE :)

What really helped me lose weight was to cut out all fried food, soda. Drink lots of water. Challenge yourself! Toss out all the extras like mayo and seek the taste of food solely on its own. Substitute veggies for your side dishes. Walk walk walk and excersize! You'll only maintain weight by eating well and maybe shed a few but the real loss will be made when you sweat it off.
As far as breads go--try a multigrain or rye. Noooo wraps. They're a whopper of calories!!! And white bread is just fatty starch.

Above all, don't go without eating to try to lose. It never really works and you'll end up on the floor eventually.

Make sure you are getting meat and vegetables in each meal. And if you snack, try sliced cucumbers or fruit. Watermelon is sooo good and sooo hydrating. good luck. Be smart. :-)
