First, buddy, EVERYTHING about you is 100% normal. There is nothing you are doing that should make you feel like a 'freak'.
It is clear that you are still pretty early into puberty - which is very normal for your age. You mention your penis is still fairly small - it will grow over the next few years. You mention no armpit hair, and only a little pubic hair. Before too long you will wish you didn't have so much, as it will all start growing in more soon. Also at your stage of puberty is it normal to not ejaculate at all when you masturbate and have an orgasm. After that stage, you start to ejaculate semen that is watery and clearish. That seems like where you are now. As you continue with puberty, your semen will become thicker, the color will start to become more white, and you will ejaculate more. This could take another year or more (or less) to start to change.
10 years old is an ok time to figure out how to masturbate. It's not uncommon at all to be masturbating at that age. I believe I was actually 10 myself when I started! And - it's even more common for a 13 year old to masturbate. I would be willing to bet that almost every one of your friends masturbates - and the few that may not have started yet will all be doing it within the next year! Masturbating is perfectly normal, it's healthy, it has NO side effects (so no, it will have nothing to do with you having babies), AND it feels good to you - so there is no reason to want to stop yourself from doing it.
As far as comparing yourself to your cousin. At your age there is a WILD range of how far into puberty you are. Boys can start puberty anywhere from 10 - late 14 on average. You are perfectly right on for when you started. It seems you cousin may have started a little early...and there are certainly kids in your grade that have not started puberty at all yet. Chances are, too, your cousin is bragging and trying to be 'cool' around you. Not many 12/13 year olds have had sex, much less had it 'heaps of times'. Even if he did (which I doubt) that is not a feat you should want to compete with. Enjoy your time at your age. Masturbation is much healthier outlet for your sexual needs - take your time and learn what makes you feel good now!
