               So im 13 and wiegh 180. Ive always been a little bigger than everyone. This year since i will soon be a 8th grader id like to be in shape and be healthy. My mom works probably 9 hours a day my dad bring home tons of fast food. I avoid all the fast food and overeating.I dislike vegtables very much so its hard to eat right. I think my problem is mainly exercise. I ride my bike for about a half a hour a day and walk around town a lot. My friends are little things and when we go over to each others house for dances and change and everthing i feel so incomftorable. I just really need help because its not healthy and i dont have people to support me and i really dont know what to do, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I'm 14 and weight like 200 pounds. A way to keep from over eatting is to distract yourself, go hang out with your friends, avodiong places with food, take a walk, go on a long bike ride, go to the mall and try to advoide the food court, and if you do eat out, try not to get really greesey food or eat at greesey food restronts such as McDonald, Bugar King, and Taco-Bell. hope this help a bit
