Don't worry. You're 14, it's perfectly normal for you to explore things. Your sexuality is developing and you shouldn't restrain it. Especially, don't mix it with religion. It's the worst thing you can do.

Masturbating twice a day is perfectly normal at your age & certainly is not an addiction. It is a great way to explore your body & sexual responses, in addition it also relieves stress. Slightly more concerning is the fact that you feel the need to watch porn whilst masturbating. Firstly, your underage, but mainly because porn provides a totally unrealistic view of sex & can cause you far more concerns in he future. One of the joys of masturbation is  fantacising about sex with people you fancy. So try to reduce the amount of porn you watch & use your imagination instead.

I am a practicing Christian & masturbate regularly, I see no conflict & do not feel guilty. Not sure what religion you are & I know some religions frown on masturbation, I can only suggest that if you're really worried, then speak to your church leader (priest, vicar, imam, pastor etc.) about your concerns, i'm sure they'll understand & help.

Again, what your doing is normal, you have nothing to feel guily about, so as the song goes, "don't worry be happy".

This is the same person who made this thread. @fimo10 I know it's perfectly normal, but there's a verse in the Bible that says to restrain from ALL sexual activity until you are married. By the way, I'm nondenominational. Anyways, God also watches you, and I don't feel comfortable knowing that He's watching me do all this stuff, that I'm not supposed to.

 

@Guest who posted at 1:24am. Just because Jesus died for your sins, doesn't mean you will get to salvation. It's so much more. It's knowing the Bible verses, knowing the 10 Commandments, feeling as if I'm ready to be with God. I want to have such a relationship, that I feel comfortable enough to know that I belong in His hands.

 

By the way, thanks for the advice everyone, but I just got my purity ring back, and I'm abstaining from sexual activity because of it! I'm so happy!^-^

its pretty normal...even i watch porn that much or more than that when im bored and im 17, but if u wanna stop then distract your self with something new. if it dosent work go on to the next thing.

You are perfectly normal and masturbating twice a day in your age is ok, so you are not an adict. Btw, it's actually proven that masturbating is good for your health. And about your problems with God, i think that masturbation is not such a big sin, when you look at what other people do (like killing other people), so if you go to church and confess your sins regulary you should't feel so bad. But, if you are still feeling guilty, you could stop masturbating on Sundays or/and masturbate just once a day (or a week, but i don't think that that's going to happen).

Sometimes i masturbate three times a day, sometimes once in two days.... Phases man... You go through them...

Your young and in need of a lil advice so lets see. your just about average in every aspectexcept you only bate 1-2 a day. just about the only time teens your age only masterbate at such a low census is if theres trouble at home, with boyfriends/girlfriends or their severely depressed. you could even step it up a knotch or two and there is still absolutely positively nothing wrong with you. the fact that your concerned about this just further proves that. not masturbating at all is the equivellent of walking around with a loaded gun and that could land you in a lotta trouble. stay in school, always be honest to YOURSELF, and keep up the good work.
