I missed my period, only missed it by one day and counting now. I took a HPT, and it had a dark negative line, but a positive line was visible still, i didnt see a positive line before i took it so i knew it wasnt the test itself.
Im a little concerned, does a faint line, still mean pregnancy?
I have also been naseous almost everyday, dizzy and having hot flashes.

Repeat the test, using your FIRST morning urine.
The results should be clear, not subject to interpretation. You also need to read them within the time specified in the directions.
If the test sits long enough the other lines can appear.
