Hi, it's quite normal for the hymen to break without intercourse or tampon use so and many other ways from simple leg stretching exercise where you stretch the pelvis or riding a bicycle or horse riding, a few girls are even born without a hymen so it cannot really be used as a sign of virginity any more, a future boyfriend will just have to take your word for it just like you would have to take his word for it if he says he is a virgin.
