School started and my ELA teacher wants us to say a 4 minute speech in front of the whole class about our favorite book. The problem is... I'm bad at talking in front of people and I get very nervous... Can anyone help...?

It's normal to be very nervous but all the others will be nervous too when it's their turn.
I'm not going to give you that c**p about picturing the audience naked or in underwear because I don't believe it.
When I was in school I tried to hide behind someone bigger in class so the teacher wouldn't call on me. Then I got in the army and they decided I should be an instructor. The first minute or so was bad for me but I soon got over it. I spent many years as an instructor in the army and after I got out.
You can do it. Just write up a plan of what you want to tell them about the book and read it over several times so you feel you know it. If you forget something you wrote, don't worry about it, you are the only one who knows what you wanted to say so they don't know you messed up on what you intended to say.
Good luck and I bet you'll be glad you did it.
