Not sure I completely understand what you are concerned about, however it is normal that you will need to masturbate for at least a few minutes before you will start to ejaculate.
It is actually better that it takes longer, as ejaculating very quickly is known as premature ejaculation which can be bad when you are having sex in the future. Also generally the longer you masturbate for before ejaculation means you will have a stronger orgasm (I.e. More pleasure when you do cum)
