I'm pretty sure you can't if you sperm does make it to the point where she drops her egg and there's nothing there because she's not one dropping eggs or her eggs are not able to support the the baby.. But there are ways to get helptalk to a doctor there may be meds she can take to help. I have the same problem I can't product a good egg because of my Pcos but there is a pill called clomid I believe correct me if I'm wrong that will help make a female in this department

I don't mean to question her integrity, but I don't know her, so I'm just trying to help you explore all possibilities. It doesn't sound like you have a lot of information about her infertility. Are there test results? These are questions that you need to ask. If you're asking here, you should probably have a lot more conversation with her. That's the wonderful thing about this site.
