im 12 turning thirteen on march 25 (friday :-D ) and i weigh 149-152 and im one of the fatest girls in my grade! i play soccer and im beast at sports. i had surgery over the summer and thats when i gained 10 extra pounds!! can someone help me please!!

What kind of surgery did you have? Since you already are active, what you need to do is probably just a small adjustment in your diet, for example, eat small portions for meals, but you can eat them more often so your body really can get the chance to use the energy. Of course, you have to drink plenty of water and forget about eating late - those are some basic rules, but if you stick to them they do work.
