Hi, I am 13 years old and I weigh 145 pounds. I really do want to lose weight because of my self-esteem, thats the only reason why. I want to lose weight over the summer, so i have some time. Please help.

have more water. avoid junk foods. eat more and more vegetables and fruits. avoid rice. walking is necessary in the morning at least for 30 min.

Instead of having 3 meals a day, increase that to 5 or 6 by dividing meals into small portions and eat slowly for supporting good digestion. Cut down fatty foods which supply a high level of calories and keep track of your calorie intake. To burn more calories do exercise regularly.
