Hi,
I've been struggling with my weight now for many years, but I don't overeat, and am veggie, so I eat loadsa fruit and veg. I eat very little fat anyway but no-matter what I try I never can lose weight. I feel generally tired all the time but am not aenemic, I've been checked. I get ill quite often if something is going round I'll catch it. And I've suffered from Migraines for a long time I take amytriptyline to help control this. As I've just lost my job I want to take some time to try and get to the bottom of why I am this way and what I can do to lose some weight, gain more energy and generally feel better. I always feel rubbish in one way or another and am really getting sooo sick of it. I just want to feel healthy and normal. Some people have said to me get more excersice but I already do try and keep fit, but sometimes, say if I've been for a jog/walk, I'll come home and just want to sleep, the total opposite of whats supposed to happen.

Hi,

I know not many people have looked at this so i'm gonna post this on anyways because I think it will help people. I've just been diagnosed with coeliac's disease, so if any of you are feeling the same as above, and also get pains in your stomach and bloating then I suggest you ask your doctor a test. I'm so made up, I don't feel like i'm ill and nobody knows why anymore, I feel like I can finally start having an active impact on my health now that I know what I need to do to get better.

Coeliac Disease is also known as Celiac Disease which is an alergy to gluten.
This does effect general health because your body is not getting proper nutrients from food and can cause anemia. Besides stomach bloating, diaharia, it can also cause mood changes.
