I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but it was the only thread I could find about food.
I keep having everyone tell me I don't eat enough, or I should eat more, and I even get times where my boyfriend will actually MAKE me eat.
I'm a really healthy weight I think, I'm 5'5" and I weight about 130 lbs.
The thing is there are some days where I'm just -not- hungry. I don't normally eat when I'm not hungry, sometimes I'll snack on small things but usually I might just have a glass of water or something in the morning and I'm not hungry for the rest of the day. Other times, I can eat like 3-4 meals a day, and snack in between.
Is this normal? and if it is, how can I help other people understand that I'm just -not- hungry and I don't have to get preached too about it? and if it's not normal, can I get any tips to actually feel okay to eat on days I'm not hungry. Because I get the obvious "force yourself to eat" but that just makes me feel so nauseous after.

Have you went through any family issues (e.g. a death in the family etc.) recently as this may cause you to have an abnormal eating pattern. You may also just have an eating disorder which you would need to consult a doctor about!
