I am 15 years old, 130 lbs. 5'5. am i overweight for my age. i want to loose weight and begin eating healthy because of skin problems, and i also want to begin modeling.
I'm not sure were to begin. i dont have alot of confidence in myself, and i belive me loosing a bit of weight and eating healty will boost my self confidence. But im not sure were to begin, what diet and excerizes should i follow?

Do some excercise. And you can do some jogging. Eat some fruits and salad daily. Avoid oily and junk food.
