For the longest time I have been afraid to gain weight. I weigh myself at least 2 times a day and if i notice any weight gain I starve myself till I get back to normal. I just want to be healthy and not have to worry about my weight. My body is so weak and my energy level is very low. Im scared of whats going to happen if this contimues. I know im to skinny and I want a more healthy looking body. Im just really nervous!! What should I do??

Try going to the doctor & see if he can help . Or try drinking alot of fluids & many fruit & veggies . Once you get used to that , try eating more than you usuay do, but take your time & see how things improved ?

You should eat some fiber food. It will really be helpful...
