Okay, so I have this issue that concerns me. I'm 12, and I'm fighting to keep 60 pounds. I'm extremely skinny, you can see my ribs, my spine, my shoulder blades, everything. I'm not sure how I can gain weight. I think my stomach shrunk, because I fill up with a slice of bread. I've told my mom, my mom told my doctor, and she said to have ice cream with peanut butter on it at night. Only one issue with that. I can't have heavy foods. I'm also lactose intolerant. I also have adhd, so I take medicine for that, but I'm never hungry when I take it. It wears off at 7:30 PM. Then I'm hyperactive, and burn off the fat from running around and jumping around uncontrollably. I used to be 40 pounds when I was 9. I managed to put some fat on. I can't swim because my lips turn purple and I get extremely cold. I would like some advice on how to pack on some pounds...
