at age 60, I had an enlarged prostate and was taking medication that worked perfectly fine. I also have an 8 year history of low grade bladder cancer. Up to age 60 I had one outpatient surgery and one over night surgery. Both were superficial and low grade. This was 2 years ago. I had just changed urologists and had a lot of confidence in this doctor. I let him talk me into green light lazer surgery. He said I would have no more prostate problems for 20 years and it would help with the bladder cancer. He assured me there were no side effectes and gave me a web site to read. Among other things on the web site was the fact that of the many thousands of green light lazer surgerys for prostate resection there had been no problems with bladder control. I has now been over 2 years since the green light surgery and have been wearing a bladder control pad 24 hours a day since. I have asked many doctors about this and they all agree that I never should have had the surgery, not one would agree to go to court for me. I lost my job due to this and gained a lot of debt. Where do I go from here. I would really like to here from other people who have had a problem caused by the green light lazer. If there are enough of us out there, can we go after the green light lazer people?
