My 7 month old has an inguinal undescended testicular. I'm worried about the complications associated with his disorder. I'm concerned about weather or no he will develop testicular cancer. Some of my research shows that it is possible that the reason my son's testicle did not descend could be in part to my hormones during pregnancy is that true.
My son's doctor mention surgery at age one. Is that too long. Should we perform the surgery immediately. What are the benefits of prolonging the surgery for 5 months or longer? Also, what about the hernia associated with inguinal undecended testicle? How will having hernia affect my son's ability to crawl or learn to walk?
