What is the interaction between dilaudid & marcain when in an infusion pump if not mixed right

These two drugs should not react but it would be best if you talked about it with your doctor.
Dilaudid interacts with antiemetics-drugs used for preventing nausea and vomiting, antihistamines, general anesthetics, tranquilizers, trycyclic anti-depressants, Sedative/hypnotics, CNS depressants like Demerol and percocet and narcotic analgesics.
If you use Marcain with monoamine oxidase inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants, you could induce severe, prolonged hypertension.
