Last September after a trip to the mountains and not doing high intensity exercise like I'm used to, I was driving and all of a sudden felt sort of dizzy and tingly all over, with shooting pains in my hands, and had to stop the car and breathe deeply.  This lasted on and off for several days, then went away.

It started up again in December in some cold weather.  I felt like it was hard to take a deep breath.  Then it stopped.  Now again, in January it has started up again where I feel like I have to focus on breathing. I'm anxious about it so this might be part of the reason I am doing this.

I don't think it's anxiety because I don't think I'm thinking anxious thoughts when this is happening.  I've had bronchial problems in the past, but have never been diagnosed with asthma.  I looked at symptom checker and am wondering if it's hypoxia or anoxia?  I exercise regularly and have pretty fit cardiovascularly.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
