Internal vaginal pain.

i have had internal vaginal pain for the past 6 days after having sex with my fiance. It feels like if somethig is pulling down on it. I constantly get the feeling that i have to urinate, but when i do only a VERY TINY amount of urine comes out with an EXTREMELLY PAINFUL FINALY!! Also when i wipe myself, there is blood on the tissue. I do not know if this may be a factor to it, but whenever me and my fiance are having sex, it is extremely painful for me to sit up on his penis. I feel it touching my stomach. Could it be that the last time i had sex it was too dry?? Could it be an internal tear??? im scared :-( My work involves walking around all day and it has become very difficult to do so because of the pain. What should i do??,.............
