Ok, for the longest time I have had this really painful spot between my urethra and vaginal opening. It is only painful durning sex as it is being messed with. As long as nothing is touching the spot everything is fine. The problem though is that doctors say nothing is wrong and its just in my head. What doesnt make sense is when my fiance looks at it he said it looks funny right in that spot and only in that spot. Everything around the spot looks smooth but the spot itself looks patchy or something. He described it as being like an ashy elbow .. how the skin looks patchy and bumpy.

I know for myself something has to be wrong and things are just not in my head. Doctors have also said it might be my weight but I really doubt all that.

Another thing is it smells sour but not sure if its a yeast infection. I have gotten meds for a yeast infection before just incase and nothing changed when I took them so I doubt it is that. What even weirder is now my fiances penis smells like the sour smell from my vagina even after having showered and scrubbed. He showes 1-2 times a day so its not a an issue of being clean.

Anyways, really could use some help here since the doctors dont seem to be much help. Its either in my head or my weight with them and they dont want to do tests. I dont have any clue what tests to ask for so if someone can point me in the right direction ... thanks :-)

Oh, there is something else I needed to ask about that may or may not be related. Me and my fiance were tryingg to have intercourse tonight and it was feeling a little sore towards the back of my vagina. Well once he got out and checked he noticed I had blead. This is really weird for me and its like he restarted my period. I just got off it two days ago .. can that happen?

Hi. I think that you need to get a second opinion on this. I don't think that you could possibly make up a pain that woud interfere with sex...why would anyone do that (maybe your doctor is lacking in the department! juct kidding) Anyway, take your fiance with you so he can tell the doc too what is up so that he doesn't think it is just you.

Yeah, believe it or not we have gotten a second opinion. We have gotten two opinions so far and the second time I took my fiance but at that time he was not having the issue with smelling.

i don't know if my problem is related to yours at all but for the last few years almost everytime i have sex it hurts for at least a full day or two after wards. also, immediately after my boyfriend pulls out and i go to clean up there is usually a little blood at the back of the opening and it's the most painful there. we have tried numerous forms of lube and going slow and everything and nothing seems to work. it's very frustrating because it totally ruins my mood when i know what we do will be painful later. it makes me not want to even do anything at all, even if it does not involve penitration. :-(

I am having the EXACT symptoms as you and can't figure out what it is. I know this post was from a long time ago but if anybody knows, or if you ever found out what it was please do respond back!

What you are describing could possibly be genital warts as they would be painful and fit your description. However, you could easily rule this out I am guessing, and it seems your gynecologist would have seen this. I would be checked for std's to be on the safe side, especially if your symptoms are persisting. I am no expert but what you are talking about is obviously not normal.
This also sounds a lot like a yeast infection but you said you tried treating that. I would continue being persistant to your doctor and making sure they realize that this is not in you're head and you know that something is not normal as you can SEE it is not. I'm sorry I can't be of more help and this is very long after you posted the question.
I hope you have/will find/found what is the problem!

This could very well be a condition called vulvodynia. Many gynocologists do not even know what this is, which would explain why so many doctors are telling you that it is all in your head. It is diagnosed only when all other explainations (yeast infectection, stds, etc) are ruled out. It is basically a pain in the vulva, after sex, or just randomly sometimes. I read up alot about this, a good article that explained more detail about this condition is ***edited by moderator*** web addresses not allowed

check on line how to use boric acid and a really good yeast infection cream and you must mix this together then add a little on inside of vagina.  The only thing is you only use a small amount of the boric acid probably about as bid as the tip of the match  stick.

And you use a about twice as much of the vaginal cream. Ive made enough in a saucer to last for a couple of days. Make sure to cover the rest of the mixture with saran wrap. After you urinate reapply, donot bath this makes things worse. Have a hand held shower head so that you can spray vaginal area and bum everything musst be verry clean.

Another thing you can use is L_lysine tablet insert into vagina two to three times a day. probably for a week. Then if you find it hasnt worked insert into vagina a good acid dophilus. For a week do this twice a day morning then afternood. At night or bed time use Miconazole 3 use this at bedtime only.

You can also use a little peroxide on the inside on the lips of the vagina.

When you pee after your third or second pee step into the shower spray vagina and pat dry do not  rub.

When youuse the boric Acid make sure to only use the smallest amount if you dont it will burn you and make sure to use yeast infection cream with it hope this helps.
