hey people....im 22 year old male,i have some irritation in my right testicals .it is very cold here and my friends say its becoz of cold.the right testicals do not pain or there is no lump in it ... its swollen a bit not much and i cant sleep thinking the fact that i have testiculare cancer.... whats the problem please help me
