Why is Asperger syndrome more often in boys? Generally, I have noticed that conditions like autism and similar ones are more affecting boys than girls. I am trying to help my brother whose kid suffer from Asperger, at least with some useful info to give. So, do you know anything about it?

I think that up to now, there was not one solid theory with facts behind it that would give the answer to that question. I suppose that the only good thing here is that your nephew suffers from Asperger, not autism. Although he will have a lot of difficulties, with a help of family, he should be able to have a life with certain amount of quality.
