From past few months, I guess 6-12 months, I have been experiencing difficulty in breathing properly from time to time. I have to take a long and deep breathe and have problem in breathing normally. When I paid visit to physician he said its just anxiety due to emotional stress. Because of this I have also suffered from insomnia. This insomnia drives me crazy and feels like hell. The pills are just short term solution.
I hope i do get some proper advice.

anxiety... is your doctor serious? waiting for a person to pass away and then apologize....?.? I mean, problem in breathing properly is serious. Breathing is what makes you live and could really affect your quality of life. First, I'm going to rule out drugs. Because if you're taking wrong drugs, smoking, drinking too much, pretty much self explanatory, you're ruining your body and increasing the possibilities of more symptoms to occur on you.
Next, do any of your family members have or had this issue. If they do, talk to them. It could be genetic.
By how long you've been having it, I don't think its going to go away, in fact if it was anxiety, it should be gone when you're having a vacation or relaxed. I think that its causing you to be anxious. Most likely, if it has nothing to do with the weather, it could be damage in your lungs or any other areas air has to pass through. Before that, check what you are eating, if you're taking in too much fat and calories, pressure on your heart will lead to that. If not as serious as asthma, could be something wrong with muscle contraction. If you think there is nothing wrong with your habits, not exercising enough, not eating the right stuff. Or the environment, dust in the air, smoke in the air. It can only be damage somewhere in your respiratory system. I hope this helped.
