Is it normal for my vaginia to hurt after being fingered several times ?

I am 17 and my bf fingered me yesterday for the first time it was a bit uncomfortable so we kept it slow like not too deep or rough also he was very accommodating and considerate yet now i am feeling a pin and needles sensation when ever i move my vagina is throbbing when i pee or sit so basically it hurts ..Help I can't tell anyone or I'll be disowned..
