First of all, precum only has sperm in it if he'd ejaculated shortly before. Already, the chances are slim.
Next, the precum is in your mouth, right? The whole time, you're producing and swallowing your own saliva. The already small number of sperm is now even less.
After that, it gets into his mouth. This assumes some serious tonsil-hockey here, by the way. He swallows his/your saliva. The sperm is down to nearly nothing.
Finally, he goes down on you. Even if every single sperm left alive in his mouth was transferred to the inside of your vagina - he would have to be downright savage to accomplish that - that sperm now has to make the journey up your vagina, into your uterus, and allllll the way to the egg. The egg, by the way, is never fertilized by the efforts of just a handful of sperm, which is what we're left with, at this point. It takes... well, a lot. Much, much more than what we have to worry about.
So you see, there's nothing to worry about. Keep doing what you're doing, and don't do anything dumb, and you'll be just fine.
