I am kind of person who like to help others. It is not smart praise yourself but it is simply true. I often give to charity; I go to every humanitarian concert or action I heard of. I am sending cloth to Red Cross. Now I want to give the only thing I have never given to anyone my blood. But I am little concerned about all this diseases. Is it safe to give blood?

You should not be worried about safety and health when you give blood. Modern medicine has reached, at least, that level. Needles and other supplies used for blood giving are kept sterile and they are used once, so there is no danger of getting AIDS or some other infectious disease. Your body will replace volume of the plasma in few hours.
