Hi, good question. I was wondering that myself. However i dont think that some woman have to get an ultrasound to see if they are pregnant. Usually, to test for pregnancy they analyze urin or blood. In booth cases they are looking for the HCG which is only there when you get pregnant. Having a ultrasound test to check for pregnancy is not a bad idea, but i think it can only be done later in pregnancy.
