I'm training for my first full marathon and I need some advice from people who are more experienced. I have been sick all week and I don't know if I should run through it or if I should take a break and relax.
The problem is that this past week I was moving houses so in between everyhting I didn't get a chance to run for 5 days. I don't want to miss any more days as it is but I'm not sure which would be best.
Any insight would help.
Thank you!

I would suggest that you go for a run even if your sick, unless you have something a little more serious. I personally have gone on runs with a 102 degree temp. I have figured out that running well actually help you get better faster!!!

Training isn't really necessary while being sick i mean it sis something for making body strong or fit not for giving difficulties when its not even its good condition,You need to take care of your stuff you have a lot of time to do things ahead.

You need to take proper rest and yes you may go for the run even when you are sick but you need not have to force yourself to extreme running. Just go slow and steady with a medium pace. Also even if you are not at first still the race will help you develop your immunity strong...
Take care
