Can you tell me something more about the shoulder? Is it the strongest joint in our body? I am thinking about starting with some exercises but I am not sure will my shoulder be ok, since I have injured it couple of years ago. I just hope that it can withhold the strain…

Well, I assume that you have consulted the doctor about this, and if he gave you the green light then you can start freely. Shoulder is a complex joint, although we could include the knee and the elbow in that group (at least three bones involved in one joint). Still, regarding the biggest movements range and inappropriate joint elements, we could actually say that it is one of the weaker joints in our body.
