Hi! This morning when I got up I noticed blood in my urine. I was terrified. My friend told me that it can be urinary tract infections. Every 15 minutes I need to go to toilette. I don't know how I will go to see a doctor. Does anybody know is there over the counter UTI test?

Hi, yes I have heard about this over the counter tests as well but I believe it is waste of money because in the end you will have to go to see your doctor. You have all the symptoms of UTI infection and since my girlfriend often suffers from the same I know how to recognize the first signs without any mistakes.
You need antibiotics to treat this condition and you can’t get them over the counter but you need prescription. First round of antibiotics usually lasts for about two weeks and if you don’t get better in that time you will get another round. And you need to know, that during this infection you should avoid having sex. I hope you will feel better very soon.
