I had a septplasty a month ago . after 10 days i went to the doctor and he gave me a spray to use, so  i used it, the second day after that i felt somthing sesative inside my nose as a ruselt,  i pulled it out i immediatly was breathing fine from my right side.However, i felt the right has gotten weaker and smaller and my face skin went down a little bit. i went to my surgen he said there is nothing to worry about and nothing would change the shape of your nose. after pulling it  out, my right side has gotten red and harsh touching from the outside. the harsh touching is getting better but still. i went to other doctor and he  told me that it is possiabe that what was pulled is a peice of cartilage.
