I am fifteen and I am a full time student. I have issues with my neck and my back. I have not decided to bother a doctor about this in fear that it may not be as big of an issue that I think it is. I lift weights and use exercise machines at school (It is part of my grade) and I have been in roughly three car accidents. All before the age of four. I was always in a car seat. Could that be why I have pain in my neck and back? It is the bones that hurt, it isn't my form at school I've been told; I make sure that I have proper form before doing any of the exercises. Help is much appreciated.
