It is worse when sitting at the desk or even in the car.

I have a similar problem to what is described here- pain in upper thighs, below buttocks, around the kneed, the calves, ankle and foot on the right side. It is worse when sitting at the desk or even in the car. I have difficulty sleeping because there is a throbbing below the knew at night if I turn on my side. None of the mails here seem to have found an answer. is there one?
