Hi after recieieving unprotected oral and vaginal sex with my girlfriend, my penis began at first tingling then itching. She experienced no symptoms like this. I went for an STD check and came back negative for all STD's and 5 weeks later had a HSV-1,2 blood test, which came back negative. I've experienced no other symptoms other than the itching and I've been self-treating with neosporin in case of self-caused irritation which has helped, but not eliminated the symptoms. Please help.
