Itchy, burning white spots on the entire inside of labia.

Okay so. Im very scared. Im under 18 & I am sexually active. A few days ago, my ex and I had sex. I dont think this is the cause but it could be. We did use a condom. I have been very sick. My tonsals were swollen, muscles were sore and I had a cough. Everything down there started to itch at one point. Its been going on for 2-3 days now and its really irritating, and affects my sleep. Today I finally went and examined myself to come to see that there are white blotches all over the inside of my labia. I thought it was just from itching but it could be way more serious. My parent dont know that I'm sexually active and if I told them, I'm afraid of what might happen. Please help. Im very worried. Im very scared.
